GoalTo support companies that commercialise science-based technologies with a high TRL readiness level.
The programme finances up to 150 000 EUR with a support intensity of up to 80% of eligible costs. Support can be received by commercial companies registered in Latvia whose technology originates from a scientific institution in the EU, EEA or Switzerland and has a readiness level of TRL4-TRL8. Eligible costs include salaries and social contributions for research and development staff, outsourced services, purchase of prototype components, participation in international exhibitions and conferences, as well as rental of premises for research.

Registration at liaa.business.gov.lv, submission of application with supporting documents; LIAA evaluates within one month; advance payment up to 50%.
